Everyone loves a little ice cream or ice lolly in the summer...but they are even better when you know they are healthy!!!!
I make ice creams and lollies weekly in the summer as a little sweet treat to hit the spot when you have that craving for some sweetness...
Here are just a few of the formulas I make - they are so so simple and so so creamy dreamy!
Sweet Strawberry
Hand full of Strawberries
Half a tin organic coconut milk
2 table spoons of Honey
*Blend it all together in a blender and pop it in the freezer!*
Creamy Banana
2 - 3 ripe Bananas
Half a tin of organic coconut milk
1 tablespoon of honey
*Blend it all together in a blender and pop it in the freezer!*
Refreshing Chia and Coconut
1 table spoon of chia seeds
Half a tin of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of honey
*Blend it all together in a blender and pop it in the freezer!*
You can make these all the same using Natural yoghurt instead of coconut milk. Using natural yoghurt makes it more of a "lolly" texture rather than a creamy ice cream texture.
All taste delicious and are completely sugar free!!
