Everyone loves a ice cream or lolly in the summer...but they are even better when you know they are healthy! Here are just a few of the formulas I make - they are so so simple and so so creamy dreamy! Healthy Honey: Cocoa Balls
Cocoa balls are a great little 'refined - sugar free' snack or something to give you that chocolatey hit when you're craving it. They last up to a week or two in the fridge and are so so quick and easy to make.
