Clean Beef Burger Recipes
When it comes to cooking - I am a big believer in winging it / guessing / season to taste rather than messing about with scales and using exact measurements for everything. I want it to be ‘my own’ not a regimented follow - a - recipe “oh crap I'm 1 ounce over I've ruined it - *melt down* ordeal.
In my eyes, if you don’t measure, you have nothing to stress about, just learn whether to put more or less of one ingredient next time until you think you're the burger master. These burger recipes are all GAPS diet, Clean eating, Real food and raw food friendly!
These burgers are super easy and quick to make, so get creative with it!
*** All these below recipes make 6 decent sized burgers ( or 4 monster burgers!)***
The method for all these burgers is -
Chuck all ingredients in a massive mixing bowl, mix everything together either with your hands if you want to get stuck in, or with a wooden spoon if you want to be a posh burger maker.
When your happy all the ingredients are mixed together well, form 6 or 4 burger patties in your hands.
They take about 4 minutes on each side in a griddle pan depending how rare you want them.
My Basic Burger Recipe
1lb of Lean good quality beef mince
1 onion diced
2 cloves of garlic
Grind of salt
Grind of Pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
My Cheddar and Red Onion Recipe
1lb of Lean good quality beef mince
1 Red Onion, diced and pre fried in good quality honey and a bit of coconut oil
A load of grated Cheddar (do it to taste whether you want them mega cheesey or just so you know its there in the background)
Grind of Pepper
Grind of Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
1 glove of garlic
My Beefy Mustardy Chilli Man Burgers
1lb of Lean goof quality beef mince
1 onion, diced
1 clove of garlic
Grind of Salt
Grind of Pepper
1 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 fiery diced Chilli
2 Eggs, beaten
